By commissioning me you agree that you have read, acknowledged and will abide by these TOS. These TOS may change in the future.

I only do ARTWORK commissions. I do not do fursuits etc.

My turnaround for commissions is usually pretty fast, no longer than 4 working weeks once I get to you in my queue. However if I am on holiday or otherwise unable to complete during this time, I will inform you.

I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason. Usually this won’t be for any sinister reasons, just that maybe my style might not suit your character, your request is above my skill level, I feel I am unfit to do as you requested, or my slots have been filled.

If you are rude, demanding or otherwise unpleasant to me when contacting me about your commission, I reserve the right to discontinue/cancel your commission and you will not receive any files made for your commission, those files will be deleted, and you may be blacklisted from further commissions.

Art made by me for you may be posted by me publicly and potentially used for demonstrating my commissions unless otherwise specified by you.

DO NOT under ANY circumstances attempt to claim my artwork as your own. Doing so will result in a blacklist from my commissions, and I will attempt to inform other artists of your theft.

Do not edit or alter my artwork. This includes signatures/watermarks. This does not include cropping for icons/avatars or printing badges. Please credit where possible.

All artwork I make is for YOUR personal use only. Do not use my artwork for advertising etc. Exceptions can be arranged.

If you wish to post your commission to your social media you are free to do so as long as you are the client and you give credit to me.

My style is my own. Please consider if your character would suit my style and that you will be happy with the outcome. Please do not ask me to imitate other artists etc.

I will send you WIPs (Works in progress) of each stage of your commission for approval. I will not alter any lineart once the lineart stage is approved.

My style is subject to change over time as I improve and experiment within my own personal practice.

I usually delete project files from finished commissions 2 weeks after they are completed. Edits cannot be made past this point (I will not alter lineart past the lineart stage usually anyway)

The character you are asking me to draw must be your own OC unless otherwise specified (gifts are ok).

I will not do artwork for zoophiles/pedophiles or supporters or sympathisers for any of these degenerate types of groups.

I will not accept A.I. artwork as a form of reference. If you do not care about legitimate artists then I cannot trust you to care about me or my art.

In order to legally have a PayPal account, you must be 18+. Therefore if you wish to commission me you must be 18+. If you purchase a commission from me and you are not 18+ and then require a refund because of this, you will not be refunded if the commission has passed the sketch stage, and may also be blacklisted from future commissions.

If your commission is cancelled by me at any point, I will contact you to discuss compensation. You will be eligible for a full refund if desired but you will not receive any files that were a part of your commission if this is chosen. You will not receive a refund if you were blacklisted as well as your commission being cancelled.

You as the client reserve the right to cancel your commission. If cancelled during the sketch stage you will receive a full refund. If cancelled during lineart/colouring, you will not receive a refund.

You may not cancel or request a refund for your commission if it is finished.

The payment request will be sent via a PayPal invoice and you should pay in GBP (£). Do not send money in advance, this will not give you a slot. If you would like a slot, please fill in the form when it re-opens for a chance to receive one.

You have 24 hours to pay once the PayPal invoice has been sent to you. If you do not, your commission slot will no longer be held. To renew your slot, fill in the form when it re-opens for a chance to receive one.

Once you have paid the correct amount, you will receive a digital receipt from me as proof of purchase.

Chargebacks will result in an immediate blacklist from commissions.

I will not start your commission until I have received full payment.
